RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Content Creation: Plan, design, and create compelling, on-brand content, including photos, graphics, videos, and written posts for social media, blogs, and other online channels.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong online community.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media metrics and content performance, using data- driven insights to refine strategies and maximize reach and impact.
• Content Management Systems: Maintain and update website content using CMS tools to ensure alignment with current campaigns and branding.
• Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and paid advertising.
• Branding Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging guidelines, maintaining a cohesive online presence.
• Vendor Coordination: Oversee external vendors responsible for video and photo content creation, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet marketing goals.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO strategies and enhance organic search performance. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and pay-per- click advertising.
• Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute memos, internal updates, and marketing communication materials. Create and process purchase orders for marketing-related expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and budget alignment. Maintain organized records of marketing expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Expertise: Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a similar with deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Content Creation: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, website CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, office productivity software, photo and video editing tools for creating dynamic content.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and reporting software.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished memos and reports.
• Administrative Skills: Experience managing reports, purchase orders, filing and office communications.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification Advantage: Google Analytics or SEO certifications are a plus.
