As our Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our property marketing efforts through compelling visual communication and strong leadership. You will design and produce marketing materials that showcase the unique features of our properties and resonate with our target audience, all while working collaboratively with our on-site team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Development: Create visually appealing digital and print advertising materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Manage budget and negotiate costs effectively.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling written and visual content for property websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Direct photography and oversee image retouching, including mobile phone content creation.
- Property Collateral: Develop promotional materials such as brochures and flyers that effectively communicate property highlights and amenities.
- Signage and Wayfinding: Design and implement signage and directional solutions that enhance visitor experience and reflect the property’s vibrant branding.
- Event and Sponsorship Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities for events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with property objectives and maximizing brand exposure.
- Collaboration: Lead collaboration efforts with management leaders and teams to align marketing strategies with property objectives.
- Optimization: Ensure all graphics and designs are optimized for seamless user experience across various digital platforms, leveraging your dynamic energy to elevate brand visibility.
- Digital Program Management: Drive digital advertising campaigns to maximize property visibility and engagement, manage website updates, content, and development.
- Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, conduct market research, and generate insightful reports to enhance property marketing effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of experience in design and marketing, demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, with a track record of leadership in creative design initiatives. Experience in property management or real estate considered an asset.
- Proficient in industry design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Cloud Applications (ex. E-Blast, E-Signature, Social Media Management) and Website Content Management Systems.Strong understanding of marketing strategies and property branding, with a passion for enhancing brand engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, showcasing strong leadership qualities.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high- energy environment.
